SaFe Release Train Engineer

The SAFe release train engineer (RTE) is an incredibly important leadership position within the hierarchy of the overall Agile Release Train (ART) system.

Any organization that has fully implemented Scaled Agile(SaFe) will consist of several teams, each spearheaded by a Scrum Master. You can imagine a SAFe Release Train engineer as the chief scrum master who is responsible for coordinating all collaborative efforts between the teams to achieve the desired results of the Agile implementation.

SAFe release train engineering is integral to improving and protecting the overall efficiency of a business, particularly during uncertain times when unforeseen external and internal events beyond the scope of control might affect your operations.

The role of RTE is intense and complex, requiring excellent training taught by only the most certified and experienced trainers.
